宿主HLA限制性的CTL选择压力对于HIV进化的影响
摘要
在宿主免疫选择压力的作用下,病毒为了生存改变自身的结构而不断进化。人白细胞抗原(HLA)限制的细胞毒性T细胞(CTL)反应,在控制人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染过程中发挥重要作用,是宿主体内驱动HIV进化的一种主要选择压力。该文简要综述了HLA限制性的CTL反应对病毒的控制作用,及目前在人群水平上HLA限制性的CTL反应,对HIV进化影响的研究进展。
