摘要
研究了铬(Ⅵ)碘化钾结晶紫体系的共振瑞利散射光谱,考察了它们的光谱特征、影响因素和适宜的反应条件.确定了散射强度与铬(Ⅵ)的浓度关系,提出了用RRS光谱间接测定痕量铬(Ⅵ)的新的高灵敏方法.
he spectra of resonance Rayleigh scattering of chromium(Ⅵ) iodide crystal violet system,the affecting factors and optimum conditions of the reaction,and the quantitative relation of the I RRS to the concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) have been investigated.The concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) is proportion to the ΔI RRS in the 0~125μg/mL.The method has very highly sensitivity,the detection limit of Cr(Ⅵ) is 0 065ng/mL.The new analytical way for indirect determination of trace amounts of Cr(Ⅵ) by RRS was proposed.
