摘要
介绍基于IEC61850标准的桂林变电站自动化系统的结构体系、监控系统和运行管理。自动化系统分为站控层、间隔层和过程层3个层次。监控系统是由主机以及若干工作站通过双以太网方式连接而构成的分布式系统。各个子系统之间均采用IEC61850规约,按IEC61850标准模型建模,在站内继电保护、测控单元、远动设备、故障录波等方面集成了多家公司的20余种型号的设备。
The architecture, supervision system and operation management of the IEC 61850-based automation system developed at Guilin substation are introduced. The automation system consists of three levels: the station level, the bay level, and the process level. Supervision system is a distributed system that consists of one host computer and several workstations connected with dual ethernet system. The protocol and modeling of all subsystems are based on IEC 61850. Equipments in the substation, such as relay protections, measuring and control units, telecontrol equipments and fault recorders and so on, are integrated over more than 20 types of equipments from different companies.
