摘要
以广州地区110kV变电站的标准主接线为例,介绍常规保护配置方案和系统保护配置方案。第一种方案和采用常规互感器时的保护配置一样,按对象进行配置,保留保护的种类与逻辑图。该方案容易被现场的继保人员掌握。第二种方案采用双重化配置原则,有两套主变压器的差动保护,分别采用二次谐波涌流和波形识别涌流制动,可互为备用。该方案保护装置数量少,站控层的网络结构简单,但对保护装置的要求高。
Taking a standard 110 kV substation in Guanzhou as an example, this paper summarizes two schemes of relay protection configuration: the conventional configuration and the system protection configuration. The first scheme has a objects-based configuration with the same protection type and logic diagram as that in configuration of the general mutual inductors, and is easyly accepted by operators without any difficulty. The second one, based on the principle of double configuration, has two differential protection units that adopt the brake characteristic techniques of the second harmonic current and digital waveform recognition respectively. The two units can be interconvertible spare units. The second scheme has less equipments and a simpler network structure in station-control level,but requires higher-quality protection units.
