摘要
ＧａＡｓＦＥＴ的散射参数与工作状态有关，采用散射参数不能直接求出混频增益．本文介绍一种ＧａＡｓＦＥＴ的混频参数的计算方法．由散射参数求得混频参数，从而求得ＧａＡｓＦＥＴ的混频增益．
The paramenters of GaAs FET depends on its work condition. The mixer gain cannot be calculated by scattering parameters. In this paper we introduce one calculation mothod of GaAs FET mixer parameters,using the scattering parament to obtain the mixer parameters and GaAs FET mixer gain.
