摘要 无论在各类标准或手册中,钻头的标准几何形状均没有明确地给定.由于几何形状描述参数不足以及描述的模糊性,无法唯一地确定直线刃圆锥面刃磨法的工艺参数.根据已确定的后刀面圆周后角αfco,建立了直线刃圆锥面刃磨法数学模型,解决了其数学唯一性问题,并给出刃磨标准钻头所需的工艺参数. Drill point geometry is ambiguously specified in the standards and handbooks. Owing to the lack of one more geometrical feature, the straight lipped conical grinding method could not be uniquely determined. Based on the geometrical studies of the Chinese twist drill standard and the established lip circumferential clearance angle α fco , mathematical models of the straight lipped conical point grinding method have been uniquely established and the associated five grinder settings have been determined and presented.
