摘要
目的:探讨SYKmRNA在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其与临床病参数之间的关系。方法:采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)测定40例卵巢癌组织、20例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织及20例正常卵巢组织中SYKmRNA的表达。结果:卵巢癌组织中SYKmRNA的表达水平明显低于正常卵巢组织及卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);SYKmRNA的表达水平在卵巢良性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织之间无明显差异(t=0.21,P>0.05)SYKmRNA阳性表达率与卵巢癌的临床分期、组织分级、淋巴转移均高度相关(P<0.01)。浆液性卵巢癌中SYKmRNA阳性表达率明显低于其在粘液性卵巢癌中的表达率(X2=4.57,P<0.05)。结论:SYKmRNA表达缺失或减少可能与卵巢癌的发生、浸润、转移及恶性程度密切相关,可能是一潜在肿瘤抑制因子。
Objective:To study the expression of SYKmRNA in ovarian carcinoma tissues and its relation with the elinieopathological features. Method: The expression of SYK gene in ovarian carcinoma tissue ( n = 40 ), benign epithelial neoplasms ( n = 20) and normal ovarian tissue ( n = 20 ) were detected by RT - PCR technique. Result: The level of the SYKmRNA was obviously lower than that in the benign ovarian tumor and the normal ovarian tissue( P 〈0.05 ) ;but the difference of the SYKmRNA levels between the benign ovarian tumor and the normal ovarian tissue had no significance ( t = 0.21, P 〉 0.05 ). The positive rate of SYKmRNA in ovarian carcinoma was significant associated with the clinical stage, histologic grade and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; The positive rate of SYKmRNA was lower in ovarian serous carcinoma than that in ovarian mucinous carcinoma(X^2=4.57 ,P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The miss of SYKmRNA the reduced of SYKmRNA may be associated with the occurrence, invasion, metastasis and the malignant of ovarian carcinoma, SYK may be a potential tumor suppressor in ovarian carcinoma.
