摘要
利用所研制的新型微位移快速伺服刀架及单点金刚石车削技术,借助计算机直接控制,加工出了精度很高的非轴对称光学镜面,即Zernike曲面.对这类特殊曲面的评定提出了一般性方案,对所加工出的镜面进行了评定举例.
Through micro computer's direct computation and control, a relatively high precison sort of non axis symmetric optical surfaces Zernike curved surfaceshave been machined by means of a newly self made fast micro displacement servo tool and the single point diamond turning technology. Also generally discussed are the methods of the evaluation of this special kind of cambers. Some demonstrative evaluation is also given of the surfaces machined.
