摘要
在分析比较现有大齿轮在机测量仪驱动系统工作原理和优缺点的基础上,开发了测头控制比例驱动跟踪技术.该技术不仅适用于大齿轮齿形的在机测量,也适用于大齿轮齿向的在机测量,并可方便地应用于对旧有机械式齿轮量仪的CNC改造等方面.该技术具有跟踪系统简单、跟踪精度高、工作稳定可靠等优点,是一种应用前景广阔的驱动控制方法.
Based on analysing and comparing the work principle and merits and demerits of driving system of testers which have been on line for larger gears so far,the authors have developed the technique of the prober control, ratio driving and tracing system. This technique has many advantages such as simple tracing system, highly tracing accuracy, good working stability and reliability, etc.. It not only fits for measuring tooth trace error of large gears on line but profile error. The technique can easily be applied to rebuilding the old style mechnical gear testers.
