吻合器痔切闭术25例治疗体会

Clinical Study of Excision-Closed Hemorrhoidectomy in Treatment of Hemorrhoids with 25 Cases

目的:探讨吻合器痔切闭术治疗混合痔的临床应用价值。方法:利用国产痔专用吻合器于齿线上方行痔切闭术25例。结果:手术平均时间15min,术后平均住院时间3d,96%患者对手术效果满意。随访2周至12月无复发、狭窄、失禁、排便障碍等并发症,术后1个月钛钉开始脱落。结论:吻合器痔切闭术具有安全、有效、微创术后痛苦少、住院时间短和恢复快的优点,远期效果有待进一步观察。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical practice value of excision -closed hemorrhoideetomy in treatment of hemorrhoids. Method： 25 cases with hemorrhoids were treated by using domestic circular stapler. Result： The average operation time was 15 minutes and average hospitalization time after operation was 3 days. Patients with 96% were satisfied with operation. No recrudescence , anal stenosis , fecal incontinence and bowel movement barrier were occurrence with a follow - up of 2 weeks to 12 months. The titanium nail was fall off latter 1 month . Conclusion： Excision - closed injury ,few pain , short hospitalization time and restore the servation. hemorrhoidectomy are security, effective, micro quick merit. The forward effect need further observaation.
