汕头市中心医院2008年急诊不合理处方分析

Analysis of Irrational Prescriptions in Emergency Departments of Shantou Central Hospital in 2008

目的:了解我院急诊处方不合理使用情况,促进合理用药。方法:抽取我院2008年度急诊处方,对不合理处方进行分析。结果:共审核处方10000张,不合理的处方500(5.00%)张,其中抗生素滥用占不合理用药81.80%(409/500);主要反映在给药方案、重复用药、溶媒不当、药理拮抗、配伍禁忌、毒性相加及用法错误等方面。结论:药师审核处方在促进临床用药的合理应用方面起着重要作用。

Objective： To know the situation of irrational prescriptions in emergency departments of our hospital and promote the rational use of drugs. Method： Emergency prescriptions of our hospital in 2008 were randomly selected, and irrational prescriptions were analyzed. Result： A total of 10000 prescriptions were verified and 500 irrational prescriptions were found, inctuding 409 irrational antibiotics prescriptions. Irrational uses reflected in dosage project, repeated medication, dissolvant mismatch, pharmacologic antagonism, chemical incompatibility and toxicity addition. Conclusion： The prescriptions were verified by pharmacists takes an important role in promoting the rational use of drugs.
