Optimal mechanism design about stock cooperation system enterprise on basis of cost minimization

研究了基于成本最小化的股份合作制企业最佳机制设计问题．给出了企业改革成本的构成、性质及计量方法，讨论了企业改革成本的最小区间，分析了各种股份合作制企业机制设计的可行性，选择了股份合作制企业的最佳机制，提供了若干政策建议，并进行了讨论．

Based on cost minimization, the optimal mechanism design problem about stock cooperation system enterprise is studied. The paper gives the composition, nature and quantitative approach of “cost of enterprise reform”, deals with the minimum area of “cost of enterprise reform”. After analyzing the feasibility of mechanism design about all kinds of stock cooperation system enterprises, it selected the optimal mechanism of stock cooperation system enterprise. Finally, the paper puts forward several suggestions of the policy and discusses them.
