摘要
以TEABr(四乙基溴化铵)作为模板剂合成的ZSM-5沸石为母体,采用气固相同晶取代法制得Ti-ZSM-5沸石.XRD、FT-IR、UV-Vis、元素分析及XPS等表征手段证实钛原子进入了沸石骨架,并且进入骨架中的钛富集于沸石晶体的表相.苯酚与稀双氧水(29%)的羟基化反应结果表明,Ti-ZSM-5沸石具有显著的催化性能.
Ti ZSM 5 zeolite has been prepared by gas soild isomorphous substitution using ZSM 5 as precursor synthesized with TEABr(tetraethylammonium bromide) template. XRD, FT IR, UV Vis, chemical analysis and XPS results show that Ti atoms are mainly tetrahedrally coordinated in the framework of Ti ZSM 5 zeolite and that titanium in the framework is enriched on the surface of crystal. Ti ZSM 5 zeolite has excellent catalytic property according to the results of hydroxylation of phenol with aqueous hydrogen peroxide.
