摘要
数据挖掘技术,是从大量、无序、静态的数据中发现有价值的规律和模式的过程。在分析了数据挖掘技术的应用特点的基础上,讨论了客户管理的特殊性,并就算法选择、模型构建、工具的应用等关键环节,给出了在客户管理中应用数据挖掘技术的实用方案,最后进行了简要的效果评价与分析,对于同类应用具有参考价值。
Data mining technology is a procedure that found the law of value and mode from large, disorderly, static data. Based on the analysis of application characteristics of the data mining technology,the special nature of customer management is discussed,and the plan in the customer management application in practical technical data mining technology is given out for acting on the algorithm choice,model structure and the application of tools and so on.Finally, brief effect is evaluated and analyzed, it has the reference value for the same application.
