降纤酶联合低分子肝素治疗进展性脑梗死临床分析

Clinical analysis of Defibrase combined with Low Molecular Heparin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction

目的观察降纤酶联合低分子肝素治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法应用降纤酶注射液联合低分子肝素钠注射液治疗48例急性脑梗死患者,与对照组比较,对病情进展控制情况及临床疗效进行分析。结果降纤酶联合低分子肝素治疗组的痊愈率、总有效率均明显高于对照组,治疗两周后病情进展控制情况有统计学意义。结论降纤酶联合低分子肝素治疗急性脑梗死比单用扩血管药有显著疗效。

Objective：To evaluate the curative effect of Defibrase combined with Low Molecular Heparin on acute cerebral infarction. Methods： 48 patients with acute cerebral infarction were treated with Defibrase injection combined with low molecular weight heparin injection, and then compared with the control group, the progress of disease and clinical curative effect were analyzed. Results：The recovery rate and efficacy rate of the treatment group were signifieandy higher than those of the control group. After two weeks of treatment, it has statistical significance in the progress of disease control. Conclusion： The curative effect of Defibrase combined with low molecular weight heparin is better than vasodilative drugs only on acute cerebral infarction.
