三年制高职护生的实习前心理指导

Psychological guidance for nursing students of 3 years senior vocational college before practice

通过对我校护理系2005级150名高职护生实习前心理状态的调查,了解到护生实习前对实习点的安排、人际沟通的临床应用、自我形象塑造、护理操作技术及护理差错事故的发生普遍存在焦虑、抑郁等心理。为获得令人满意的实习质量和效果,对护生各种不良心理状态进行适当的心理指导是必要的。

This article investigated the psychological state of 150 students from 2005 grade nursing students, and found that the nursing students often suffered from anxiety and depression before practice, the reasons included the uncertainty of the practice place, the clinic application of interpersonal communication, the self-image building, the nursing procedure technique, and the nursing error.To obtain the satisfactory practice quality and result,it is necessary to provide the reasonable psychological guidance for the nursing students.
