Discussion on the instability factors of nursing students' professional thoughts and the countermeasures

护生若出现专业思想不稳定的状况会对整个护理队伍的稳定与否造成一定影响,从而影响到医院的服务质量甚至整个医院的医疗质量。护生出现专业思想不稳定的原因主要是年龄、社会因素、入学动机、护理性质及就业形势有关系。因此,要加强护生专业思想教育,提高综合素质,改善护士工作条件、扩大就业途径等来稳定护理队伍。

Instability of professional thoughts among nursing students may influence the stability of nursing team, the nursing care quality and the hospital service quality. This paper discussed the instability factors of nursing students＇ professional thoughts and the countermeasures.
