妈富隆联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征60例疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨妈富隆联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的观察。明确其治疗的临床效果。方法60例PCOS患者随机分为Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组,Ⅰ组30例,口服妈富隆;Ⅱ组30例,口服妈富隆联合二甲双胍,2组均为用药3个月。测血清黄体生成素(LH),卵泡剌激素(FSH),睾酮(T),测量腰/臂比值(WHR)及体质指数(BM1)进行治疗前后的比较。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ组治疗后LH、LH/FSH、T均比治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)两组无明显差,Ⅰ组治疗后WHR明显高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。结论口服妈富隆联合二甲双胍治疗PCOS疗效优于单用口服妈富隆。
