农村老人高血压患者服药依从性的调查分析

Investigation on the drug compliance of rural elderly patients with high blood pressure

目的探讨农村老人高血压病患者服药依从性及其影响因素和对策。方法对门诊362例农村老人高血压患者一般情况、服药依从性及影响因素进行问卷调查。结果老人高血压病患者服药依从率为36.5%,服药依从性与其高血压病知识不足,态度与信念,经济费用状况等关系密切。结论社区医护人员应加强自身学习和对患者的健康教育、管理,提高其高血压病知识水平,并促进家庭和社会的支持,以提高其服药依从性。

Objective：To investigate the drug comphance of rural elderly patients with high blood pressure medication compliance and the impact factors.Methods：362 rural elderly patients with high blood pressure were investigated about the general state of health, the drug compliance and the influencing factors by questionnaire. Results： The drug compliance rate was 36.5%, and the main influence factors included insufficient knowledge of hypertension, the patients＇ attitudes and beliefs and the economic status. Conclusions： Community doctors and nurses should strengthen self-learning and health education for patients.
