摘要
温度对超高层建筑施工过程中的结构变形有着重要影响。通过对610m高广州新电视塔温度效应进行模拟计算,证明温度荷载对结构变形影响非常显著。因此,在建造过程中对电视塔外框筒钢结构布置了温度监测系统,得到了一系列准确有效的数据。通过数据分析和比较,得出阳面柱外侧温度比阴面柱外侧温度高,差异较大,内侧温度二者趋于一致;阳面柱内外侧温差不明显,阴面柱及斜支撑内外侧温差相对较明显。根据分析结果,对测量方案进行了局部调整,消除了温度效应对结构施工的影响。
Temperature has important influence on structural detormation of super high-rise building construction.Through simulation to temperature effect of 610m high Guangzhou New TV Tower, it is proved that temperature influence is obvious for structural deformation. So, temperature monitoring system is applied in steel structure of outer frame tube, and some effective data are gotten. By analyzing and comparing these data, it is pointed out that external temperature of sunshine column is higher than that of shaded halves column, however, both of the internal temperatures are consistent. Furthermore, the external and internal temperature difference is not obvious for sunshine column, and the shaded halves column and inclined brace are opposite. According to the analyzing resuhs, the measuring scheme is adjusted locally to eliminate the temperature effect.
