摘要
广州新电视塔采用2台M900D外挂内爬式塔式起重机。详细介绍了该起重机的基本构造及相关参数、爬升支承架组成、安装流程和爬升流程。为确保起重设备正常运转,对起重机进行了试吊及应力测试,其中试吊包括单绳试运转和双绳试运转。监测结果表明,塔式起重机在安装、负载试验、爬升过程中各构件最大应力均小于材料抗拉强度,满足安全度要求。
Two M900D extemal hanging and internal climbing tower cranes are adopted in Guangzhou New TV Tower project. The basic structure and their parameters , composite of climbing support bracket, installation and climbing process are introduced in detail. In order to assure normal operation, testing hanging, which includes single and double operation, and stress test were done. The testing results show that in the process of installation, load experiment and climbing of tower crane, the biggest stress of each component is smaller than tensile strength, which can meet the workability requirement.
