摘要
CCTV主楼塔楼双向倾斜,塔楼1、2分别安装1台M1280D和1台M600D动臂式塔式起重机,4台塔式起重机拆除难度大,需要先移装2台M600D塔式起重机至悬臂部位。重点介绍了M600D塔式起重机悬臂支撑设计以及附着设计和加工。指出可以通过对桁架增加立柱的方式对悬臂进行加固;另外,附着杆的增加可以降低起重机对下部悬臂桁架的不利荷载。最后介绍了悬臂部位M600D移位安装流程。
The towers of CCTV main building have directional incline, and one M1280D and one M600D whip-typed tower crane for No. 1 and No. 2 tower are installed separately, which are difficult to be disassembled, so two M600D tower cranes need to be installed to cantilever position. The cantilever support design -and attachment design and processing for M600D tower crane are described in detail. It is pointed out that adding column for truss can strength the cantilever, and adding attached bar can reduce unfavorable load of tower crane to cantilever truss. Furthermore, the displacement installation process for M600D tower crane in cantilever position is introduced.
