摘要
烟台广电中心大楼模板支架高34.4m,支设难度大,经综合考虑,选用扣件式钢管满堂脚手架搭设竖向支撑体系。施工前,对钢管支架稳定性、主梁模板等进行验算分析,说明其均满足施工设计要求。为满足支架安全性,提出一些构造措施,如:梁底水平横杆必须设置在主节点处,每根立杆底部必须设置底座或垫板,脚手架必须设置纵、横向扫地杆,立杆接长采用对接扣件,不得采用搭接等。计算得出,所有高架支模部位以下的支撑体系不得拆除,待超高性能混凝土达到设计强度后,与高架体系一并拆除。
It is difficult for support in high frame formwork of Yantai Broadcasting and Television Center, so, fastener-style steel-tube scaffold is used for vertical support system. Before construction, steel-tube scaffold stability and main beam formwork are calculated and analyzed to indicate that both of them can meet design and construction requirements. In order to meet the safety requirement of scaffold, some structural measures are put forward, such as horizontal bar below beam should be set on main joints, base and backing plate should be set at the bottom of each vertical bar, horizontal and vertical sweeping bars should be sot in scaffold, and docking fastener is applied in vertical bar, and so on. The calculation results show that the support system below high frame formwork can not be demolished until super high porfonnance concrete reaches design strength.
