顶端伸出长度对高大模板支架稳定承载力的影响分析 被引量:11

摘要 对于高支模体系,不同顶端伸出长度(a值)和搭设步距对其整体稳定承载力有显著影响。利用有限元软件ANSYS建立理想高支模体系的计算模型,模拟分析不同顶端伸出长度和不同搭设步距下高支模体系的线性和非线性稳定承载力,对比分析得出a临界值为0.2m,并反算出其对应的计算长度系数。指出进行高支模设计时,施加2%竖向力作为水平力作用在架体刚度弱侧能够保证结构安全。 For high formwork support system, different apical extension length (a) and laying drawing pace have obvious influence on the whole stable bearing capacity. Based on this, ANSYS is used to simulate the linear and nonlinear stable bearing capacity of high formwork support system in different apical extension length and laying drawing pace. The a value and correlative length coefficient by back calculation are obtained in this paper. It is also pointed out that in high fonnwork support system design, 2% vertical force applied as horizontal force on weaker side of formwork stiffness can assure the structure security.
