摘要 通过对扣件式钢管高大模板支撑体系倒塌事故案例调研,认真分析事故原因,提出监理工程师对扣件式钢管模板高大支撑体系施工安全控制应从提高监理人员自身专业技术水平出发,对工程特点、施工方法与施工条件进行分析,认真制定扣件式钢管模板高大支撑施工监理实施细则,重视施工方案及施工人员资格审查,严格把住材料质量关,督促施工单位及时进行技术安全交底,加强施工过程的检查与验收,控制好混凝土浇筑阶段荷载与浇筑路径,确保扣件式钢管模板高大支撑的施工安全。 Through smrveying and analyzing the collapse accident cases of high fonnwork support system carefully, some supervision control measures are put forward to supervision engineers for ensuring construction security of high formwork support system of fastener-style steel pipe scaffold, which include improving special level of supervision engineers, analyzing the characteristics, methods and conditions of construction, making regulations of work carefully and paying attention to construction schemes and builder qualification examination seriously. Moreover, other measures are also pointed out, which are examining material quality and supervising construction company, strengthening the inspection and acceptance of construction process, controlling the loads and path of concrete pouring.
