摘要
近年来大面积高标准平整度混凝土地面得到越来越广泛的应用。广西某工程设计对地面平整度要求为1mm/2000mm,远高于规范要求的4mm/2000mm。该工程地面采用先分仓后填仓浇筑混凝土的方法,分仓浇筑混凝土前,先安装槽钢模板,支模时利用水平仪、标尺测量,严格控制槽钢模板板面的标高及平整度。另外,详细介绍了地面钢筋绑扎、槽钢模板安装、标高测量、混凝土浇筑、横向伸缩缝切割等施工工艺。本工程实施的大面积超平整度混凝土地面施工技术方案,确保平整度达到合同要求,保证了施工工期。
Large-area high standard smoothness concrete ground has more and more extensive application recently. The ground smoothness of some engineering in Guangxi is designed of 1mm/2 000mm, much higher than the code of 4mm/2 000mm. As a result, the method of separating bay firstly and filling bay then for concrete pouring is adopted. Before separating bay, the channel steel formwork should be installed firstly, and the level and scale should be used for measurement during supporting formwork to control the elevation and smcothness of formwork plate surface. Furthermore, some construction technologies of binding reinforcement, installing channel steel formwork, measuring elevation, pouring concrete, cutting transverse expansion joint are introduced in detail. This construction method of large-area super smoothness concrete ground makes smoothness meet contract requirement and assures construction period.
