高强度厚壁H型钢粗轧工艺对组织性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 在实验室研究了粗轧工艺参数对海洋石油平台用H型钢(55C钢)力学性能和显微组织的影响。对初轧后试样进行了力学性能测试、显微组织观察以及晶粒大小的测定,并用精轧试样的力学性能测试结果进行了验证。试验结果表明,粗轧总变形量和开坯终轧温度对55C钢显微组织和力学性能具有重要的影响。55C钢经较低的930℃终轧温度和较大变形量(60%)的粗轧有利于生成大量细小均匀的再结晶奥氏体等轴晶粒,为后续精轧阶段生产工序特别是最终获得细化的铁素体晶粒提供必不可少的条件。 The effect of rough rolling on mechanical properties and microstructures of H-beam (55C steel) for offshore oil drilling platform was studied. The mechanical properties, microstructures and grain size of the specimens after rough roiling were detected. Mechanical properties were verified with that of finishing milled specimens. The results showed that cogging finish temperature and rough rolling deformation possessed an important effect on the mechanical properties and microstructures of 55C steels. Large deformation (60%) of 55C steel at 930℃ favored the formation of fine homogeneous recrystallized austenite with equiaxed grain, which could provide a necessary condition of refining ferrite grain for the subsequent finish rolling.
