摘要 研究了冷加工变形量和固溶温度对Ni-20Cr-8W-8Mo难变形高温合金毛细管组织和性能的影响,进而制订了该合金薄壁毛细管的冷轧以及固溶退火工艺,研制出了外径2.0~8.0mm、壁厚0.5~1.0mm的系列毛细管,其组织性能良好,全部达到了某航空发动机用毛细管技术条件要求。 Influence of the strain during cold rolling and the solution temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the difficuh-to-deform superalloy Ni-20Cr-8W-8Mo capillary tube was studied. The cold rolling process and solution treatment for the capillary tube were established based on the experiment. The capillary tubes with external diameter from 2.0 to 8.0 mm and wall thickness from 0.5 to 1.0mm were manufactured. All these tubes had excellent microstructure and mechanical properties, and could meet the specification of the capillary tube initially for a certain aircraft engine.
