长期以来,儿童医疗机构医务人员编制紧缺,以增加儿科医师日接诊病人数、减少医务人员休息来缓解供需矛盾。期盼医疗制度改革方案珍惜有限儿科医疗资源,优化配置,缓解医患共认的"看病难"局面,使儿科医务人员在一个良好的体制与制度环境中尽职尽责地工作,合理满足我国儿童医疗保健需求。

For a long time, the medical personnel regimentation of medical institution for children is shortage. It is to ease the contradiction between supply and demand by increasing the amount of patients the pediatricians receive every day and reducing the rest time of the medical personnel. It is hoped that the reformation of medical care system includes treasuring the limited resources of pediatric medical care, optimizing the allocation and easing the situation of ＂medical treatment is different＂ that both doctor and patient believe, so that the pediatricians can work dutifully under good system environment to meet the needs of health care for children reasonably.
