摘要
采用B5和MS相组合的BM基本培养基和适宜浓度的激素(2,4-D,6-BA和GA3)能解除红豆杉种胚的休眠.单因子试验和不同组合的正交试验结果显示:单独使用2,4-D0.1mg/L,6-BA2mg/L和GA32mg/L均在一定程度上促使红豆杉种胚的萌发,萌发率分别为70%,55%和28.6%;最佳正交组合为6-BA1mg/L+2,4-D0.1mg/L+AC4g/L,萌发率达81%.
The dormancy of Yew embryo (T. chinesis var meirei ) was broken effectively by means of embryo culture in vitro in the modified medium. Experiments of single factor and orthogonal tests showed that using 2.4 D 0.1mg/L, 6 BA 2mg/L, or GA 3 2mg/L individually could enhance the germination of Yew embryo. The germination rates were 70%, 55%, 28.6% respectively. The best combination of the hormones was 6 BA 1mg/L, 2.4 D 0.1mg/L and AC 4g/L, and the best germination rate was 81%.
