摘要
根据某发射系统的要求,研制了一种气动压差控制阀,用以满足环境压力变化的工况下,对恒定压差的控制需要.该阀的设计过程中采用了动态仿真技术辅助设计.试验表明:阀的压力控制准确,自适应能力强;阀芯运动阻尼小,响应灵敏;阀的通流能力大,适应面广,动态性能完全满足设计要求.
To meet the requirement of differential pressure control, a new style pneumatic pressure control valve is developed for some pneumatic projection system to work under environment condition of variable pressure. The valve operates precisely with strong self adaptability, responds quickly due to small damping, and can be applied to large flow capacity and a lot of working conditions. Dynamic simulation technique is utilized to aid the design of the valve. Finally the experiment shows that the valve satisfies entirely the design requirement.
