摘要
历史文化遗产保护与开发,已成为新时期地方可持续发展和人居环境建设不可回避的重要问题,文章以张谷英历史文化名村保护规划为例,从历史文化保护区保护、文物古迹保护、非物质文化保护、生态环境保护及新农村建设与文物保护规划五个方面对张谷英村历史文化遗产保护与更新进行探析,并提出相应规划实施策略,有利于实现古村落历史文化遗产保护与经济的协调发展。
Historical ＆ cultural heritage protection and development has been an unavoidable problem on local sustainable development and environment construction at new times. The article as Zhang Guying village＇s conservation planning an example, studies from protection of historical and cultural protected areas, ecological and environmental protection, new historical and cultural heritage protection in rural areas and update. It also proposed corresponding implementation strategy, which conducive to the realization of the protection of historical and cultural heritage of ancient villages,and the economy to coordinated development.
