摘要
分析了模具行业存在的问题和现实性要求,提出了一种虚拟模具CAD/CAE/CAM系统思想——VC3,构造了其系统框架结构,并对其环境技术进行了研究,给出了虚拟公司数据仓库的数据层次关系图.虚拟模具CAD/CAE/CAM系统的思想是敏捷制造技术、并行工程、专家系统、网络技术及先进的管理技术的综合体现.该系统的核心在于集成,实现方式采用虚拟手段,具体体现为生产系统的控制与技术管理、生产经营一体化、管理工程设计、决策支撑管理和数据通讯等技术的虚拟集成.该虚拟技术的实现,有助于整个模具制造业找到一个新的应用发展突破点,真正体现高速、高效、高质的优势.
A kind of new thought, virtual die & mould CAD/CAE/CAM system(called VC3), which is based on advanced manufacturing technology and concurrent engineering and knowlegde engineering and net technology has been put forward. The system frame structure is built up and a kind of lays relationship figure of data warehouse in the virtual company is given. The system's feasibility, organization and structural specification, key technologies requirement and future development are studied. With the integration as the core and the virtual as the means, this virtual technology will help die & mould manufacturing industry to realize advantages of high speed and efficiency and good quality.
