摘要
面对当今全球经济危机,我国房地产面临着严峻的挑战,房地产风险防范成为当前工作的重点。通过对房地产企业运营过程中遇到的环境风险、流程风险、决策风险的分析,提出了房地产风险防范的对策,对加快我国房地产健康发展具有一定的意义。
Facing the global economic crisis, China＇s real estate is facing a stem challenge now. Therefore, it is a focus work at present to guard against the risk of real estate. Through the analysis of environmental risk, process risk, decision-making risk in real estate business operation process, the paper brings forwgrd, the real estate risk prevention measures. It has a certain significance to accelerate the healthy development of China＇s real estate.
