摘要
目的观察复方牛膝口服液对脑出血大耳白兔脑血肿的影响。方法将大耳白兔随机分成6组:正常组10只,给予0.9%氯化钠溶液(NS)1mL.kg-1,ig;模型组12只,造模+NS1mL.kg-1;复方牛膝口服液小剂量组12只,造模+复方牛膝口服液1.85g.kg-1,ig;复方牛膝口服液中剂量组12只,造模+复方牛膝口服液3.70g.kg-1,ig;复方牛膝口服液大剂量组12只,造模+复方牛膝口服液7.40g.kg-1,ig;阳性对照组12只,造模+华佗再造丸1.25g.kg-1,ig。均连续给药11d,第11天给药后1h开始制备脑血肿模型。术后第2天起连续给药3d。比较各组大耳白兔脑系数、脑含水量、钠离子(Na+)、铁离子(Fe3+)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、脑血管通透性。结果复方牛膝口服液可明显降低脑血肿大耳白兔脑组织含水量及脑系数,增加脑组织Fe3+含量,降低MDA含量,使SOD含量升高,降低脑血管通透性。结论复方牛膝口服液能明显促进脑出血大耳白兔脑血肿吸收,促进脑组织修复,有利于脑出血的治疗。
Objective To study the effect of compound achyranthes bidentata oral liquor(CAB) on cerebral hematoma in rabbits. Methods The model of experimental cerebral hematoma was produced by injecting autogenous blood into the rabbit cerebral parenchyma. CAB was used through stomach at the dosages 1.85 ,3.70,7.40 g.kg^-1 everyday since the second clay of model establishment. Rabbits were sacrificed three days later. The influences of CAB on brain index, contents of water, Na^+, Fe^3+ , SOD, MDA in brain tissues and the change of eerebrovascular permeability were observed. Results CAB could markedly decrease brain index, contents of water, MDA in brain tissues and cerebrovaseular permeability, and increase contents of Fe^3+, SOD in brain tissues of cerebral hematoma rabbits. Conclusion CAB can obviously promote hematoma absorbanee of rabbits, and improve the nerve function. CAB is an effective therapy for patients with intraeerebral haemorrhage.
