摘要
在分析产品数据管理(PDM)软件功能的基础上,指出PDM软件仅适用于CAD/CAM数据而不适合工艺设计的并行作业.单一数据库和工艺设计过程的控制模式是CAPP系统实现并行操作的关键.基于并行工程的技术,成功地开发了集成工艺设计管理软件SIPM系统,它具有强大的工艺设计、工艺设计过程管理及工艺文件管理的功能,使得所有工艺人员能共享工厂的数据资源,并实现与MRPⅡ系统的信息集成.
Based on the analgsis of some PDM software, it is pointed out that PDM is useful to ma nage CAD/CAM data but is weakly effective to provide a concurrent environment for CAPP system users. Single database and process planning workflow control is the key of developing CAPP system on concurrent engineering. A functional system named SIPM based on concurrent engineering is developed after researching on the methods of process planning, process routing data model and technical document management, which makes all process planning engineers share all data resource of their palnt, and to establish the interface between CAPP and MRPⅡ.
