摘要
针对医学领域中人工关节制造的多样性、复杂性和快速性的要求,提出利用CAD技术和快速成型技术来满足这种需求的解决方案:将骨骼的每层CT片扫描,输入计算机进行图象矢量化,所得数据点用CAD软件经过曲线重构、曲面重构、实体重构,输出的STL文件在快速成型机切片,生成激光轨迹并加工出骨骼原型,以此作为人工关节设计的依据.对这一系统的实现过程进行研究,提出了一种基于CAD技术及快速成型技术来制造人工关节的敏捷制造系统框架.
In medical field, the requirements of manufacturing artificial joints are various, complex and rapid. In this paper, a solving scheme is proposed based on the technology of CAD and rapid prototyping (RP): taking CT photoes of bone, scanning the photos into computer and vectorizating the image into three dimensional curves, reconstructing surfaces from curves, generating a solid model of bone from closed surfaces, exporting bone's STL file into a rapid prototyping preprocessing machine, laminating the bone's solid model, generating laser trajectory and fabricating the bone through SLA. The design of artificial limb matching with bone is also introduced. An agile manufacturing framework of bone based on the technologies of CAD and RP is proposed to improve the ratio of success and reduce the designing and manufacturing period.
