摘要
针对企业的具体情况,以坚持CIM思想和CIMS技术的先进性,尽量减少对现行习惯的改变为原则,对CIMS的功能、数据和支撑环境作了全面的规划,提出了包括CAD、二维图档、BOM生成与维护、CAPP和MRPⅡ等子系统的CIMS的系统结构和总体实施方案,以及工程信息和管理信息集成的方法.并针对企业产品数据存在大量借用和选用关系,提出了产品选配的计算机实现技术,从而确保了CIMS技术在企业应用的可行性和有效性.
This paper studies how to use CIMS technology in entrprises. According to the concrete conditions of enterprises, the paper presents a solution of CIMS which is composed of CAD subsystem, drawing and document management subsystem for two dimension design, generating and maintaining BOM subsystem, CAPP subsystem, MRPⅡ subsystem and so on. The solution includes an overall scheme for implementing CIMS, system architecture, the method to integrate engineering and management information, product configuration technology, etc. It not only uses the advanced CIM philosophy and CIMS technology, but also considers the existing custom of enterprises, so as to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of realizing CIMS in enterprise.
