摘要
目的探讨颞骨骨折线三维容积重建在颞骨撞击伤诊治中的临床应用价值。方法选取正常成人尸头12具,将头颅固定于BI M-Ⅱ型生物撞击机的致伤架上,分别选取800、1 200、1 400kPa的驱动压力进行撞击,将撞击后尸头于64排容积CT下扫描,在ADW4.2图像工作站上应用容积重建技术对颞骨进行三维重建。结果颞骨三维重建图像能直观和客观地显示出骨折线的走行方向和损伤的范围。结论颞骨骨折线的三维重建有利于骨折线的显示和诊断,颞骨骨折线的三维成像在颞骨撞击伤的诊治中有重要的作用和意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique on the temporal bone impact injury. Methods Twelve human cadaver heads were fixed respectively on the stand of the type BIM-Ⅱ biologic impact machine and impacted with driving pressures of 800,1 200,1400kPa. The impacted cadaver heads were scanned with the 64- slice VCT. The three- dimensional images of the temporal bone were obtained from VR in ADW4.2 figure workstation. Results The three-dimensional reconstruction images could reveal the direction of the fracture lines and damage area of the temporal bone distinctly. Conclusion The technique of the spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction on the fracture line could help discover and diagnose temporal bone fracture.
