摘要
利用流体在毛细管中的平衡原理,研究精密灌装中流体的断流问题。确定了毛细管试验模型,分析了毛细管中液体的受力、计量充填压力与管径的关系。本研究有助于设计理想的断流计量充填孔径。
The setting-off problems of fluid in accurate filling machinery was studied with balance principle of fluid in capillary. The testing model of capillary was determined and the relations among the force of liquid, filling pressure, and tube radius were analyzed. The purpose was to help design the ideal hole radius of setting-off for quantified filling.
