Effects of Ink Backflow on Feeding Adjustment

输出墨量的正确控制是影响印刷质量的最重要因素之一。分析油墨转移过程中,输出墨量、回流墨量和消耗墨量之间的关系,提出了输出墨量并不等于承印物消耗的墨量,墨键开度的设置不应该正比例于版面覆盖率分布,橡皮布的油墨传递率的变化需要等量地增减输出墨量来适应。

The correct control of inking amount is the most important factor for print quality. The relations among of ink feeding, amount of backflow ink, and amount of ink consumption in the process of ink transfer were analyzed. It was put forward that among of ink feeding does not equal to the amount of ink consumption of substrate; the ink key opening should not directly proportional to image coverage distribution; the changing of transfer ratio from the rubber blanket onto the substrate should be accommodated by equally increasing or decreasing of ink feeding amount.
