摘要
利用黄瓜高抗和高感品种为对照,系统研究了节瓜、冬瓜、西葫芦、南瓜、西瓜、苦瓜对黄瓜霜霉病的抗病性。抗病性筛选结果表明:节瓜、冬瓜抗病性较差,西葫芦、南瓜较强,西瓜、苦瓜最强。以整叶透明法的组织病理学观察表明:西葫芦、南瓜、西瓜的抗病性依次增强,且均大于黄瓜高抗品种。西葫芦、南瓜、西瓜的抗病性可分为坏死型和抑制型两类。其中,西瓜属坏死型,南瓜和西葫芦属抑制型。这两种类型在产孢及叶面生理学方面也有差异。
Using the cucumber varieties with high resistance and susceptiblility as control,the screening for disease resistance on jie gourd,wax gourd,summer squash,cushaw,watermelon and bitter gourd showed that the best varieties were watermelon and bitter gourd,the better were summer squash and cushaw,and the worst were jie gourd and wax gourd.The histopathology observation by the method of whole leaf transparency demonstrated that the resistance got stronger from summer squash,cushaw to watermelon,a stronger than the high resistant cucumber varieties.The resistance of summer squash,cushaw and watermelon were divided into two types:the necrotic type and the inhibitory type, with watermelon being necrosis type,cushaw and summer squash inhibition type.There were some differences between the two types in producing spores and the leaf surface's physiology.
