选拔大学生到村和社区工作,是党中央作出的一项重大战略决策,具有十分重要的现实意义和深远的战略意义。长兴县的实践表明,大学生在村和社区的各项工作中发挥了积极的作用,但在管理、培养、使用、待遇等方面存在的问题,必须引起领导和相关部门的高度重视。要通过切实可行的手段,认真加以改进和解决。

Selecting college students to work in villages and communities is a major strategic decision-making made by the Central Committee of the CPC, which is of great practical and far-reaching strategic significance. The practice of Changxing county has shown that college students have played positive roles in all kinds of work in villages and communities, but there are still some problems in the management, cultivation, use and treatment, to which great importance must be attached by leading officials and relevant departments. They must be improved seriously and resolved through practical means.
