深化政治体制改革需要彻底解放思想和搞好统筹兼顾

Deepening Political Reform Needs to Emancipate the Mind Thoroughly and to Make Overall Consideration

政治体制改革滞后的重要原因之一在于未像经济体制改革那样确立一个明确的目标模式。我国30年的改革以解放思想为先导,其间的大突破也有着相应思想观念的变革为先导,特别是经济体制改革目标模式的确立,就是"南方谈话"引发思想解放运动出现又一轮高潮的直接成果。深化政治体制改革,明确政治体制改革的目标模式,需要掀起新一轮解放思想的高潮,需要坚持统筹兼顾的方法。

One of the important reasons for lagging behind in political reform is that a clear objective pattern is not made just like the economic reform. China＇s 30 years of reform is to take emancipating the mind as the guide, in the period of the major breakthrough it also takes the corresponding change in thinking as the guide, especially the making of objective pattern of the economic reform is another direct result of emancipating the mind by ＂the South Talk＂. A new round of emancipating the mind and persisting in overall consideration are needed in deepening political reform and making clear about the objective pattern of political reform.
