TiNi形状记忆合金鹰嘴接骨板与张力带治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的疗效评价

Evaluation on the effect of TiNi shape memory alloy plate and tension band wire in the treatment of olecranon fracture

目的评价TiNi形状记忆合金鹰嘴接骨板与张力带治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的的临床疗效。方法采用两种方法治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折50例，其中TiNi形状记忆合金鹰嘴接骨板组（A组）15例，克氏针张力带组（B组）35例。结果全部病例均获随访，时间6～24个月，所有病例均骨性愈合，按照Broberg＆Morrey评分标准进行评定：A组优12例，良2例，优良率93．3％；B组优24例，良3例，优良率77．1％；两种治疗方法存在统计学差异。结论TiNi形状记忆合金鹰嘴接骨板治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折疗效优于张力带内固定，其方法有利于骨折复位固定，便于肘关节早期功能锻炼。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of TiNi shape memory alloy plate and tension band wire in the treatment of olecranon fracture. Methods All of 50 cases of olecranon fracture were treated with TiNi shape memory alloy plate （group A, 15 cases） and tension band wire（group B,35 cases）. Results All cases were followed up for 6-24 months. All cases were healed. According to Broberg ＆ Morrey＇s evaluation method,the curative effect of 12 cases was excellent,2 good in group A,and ：24 cases were excellent,3 good in group B. The curative effect of two treatments had significant statistical difference. Conclusion The effect of TiNi shape memory alloy plate is better than that with tension band wire in the treatment of olecranon fracture. Treatment with TiNi shape memory alloy plate is helpful for reduction and fixation of olecranon fractures and function exercise can be started at early stage.
