地震胸部损伤救治的几个问题

Experiences in dealing with the thoracic injury from earthquake

参考"5.12"汶川大地震发生后震区各级医院收治地震伤员情况,总结地震胸外伤救治的经验。强调了大规模群体伤分类救治、分级救治的特点和必要性,分析各级医院收治伤员差异(伤员到达各级医院时间、伤员获救后出现死亡的时间及死亡原因、胸外伤救治内容),胸部损伤的现场急救内容,地震胸外伤处理的特殊性。

Referring to the medical care of victims of ＂5.12＂ Wenchuan earthquake in affected hospitals,the experiences in dealing with the thoracic injury were summarized. The characteristics and necessity of triage and evacuation of casualties injured in this kind of mass trauma were emphasized. The differences in arrival time after disaster,date and causes of death after rescue, and content of rescue of chest injury among different level hospitals were analyzed. The field rescue of chest trauma and its particularity in following care were also discussed.
