摘要 介绍了杨树基因工程中抗虫基因、抗除草剂基因、抗病基因和抗胁迫基因类型及研究进展,并对杨树转基因工作中存在的问题、解决方法、发展前景作了探讨。 The types and research progress of insect-resistant gene, herbicide resistant gene, disease resistance gene and anti-stress gene of Populus genetic engineering were described. And the existing problems, solutions, development prospect were discussed in this paper.
