摘要 通过土壤盆栽和水培试验,研究了铜对茶树生长的影响,铜在茶树中的分布规律及吸收累积特性。结果表明,铜对水培茶树有较强的毒性,铜处理浓度≥3 mg/L时,茶树不仅出现严重的毒害症状,甚至死亡;而土壤铜污染对茶树的生长和光合速率都有明显的抑制作用。茶树吸收的铜大部分被吸收根所固定,向地上部运输的比例较低,根部对阻止土壤中的铜向新梢转移发挥了重要的缓冲及屏障作用。盆栽茶树各部位的铜含量由高到低的分布次序为:吸收根>主根>枝条>主茎>新梢(1芽2叶)>叶片,且各部位的铜含量与土壤外源铜添加量呈极显著正相关关系,而水培茶树的根和叶片的铜含量与铜处理浓度也呈极显著正相关。 Copper (Cu) accumulation in tea plant (Fudingdabaicha) has been studied by hydroponics and pot experiment. The results indicated that Cu had higher toxicity to tea plant. As soon as Cu concentration was more than 3 mg/L, the tea plant of hydroponics could be damaged gravely and even died; the pot tea plants' growth and photosynthesis were restricted obviously. Lots of Cu was accumulated in tea plant root, and a little was transferred to above-ground, which showed that root could prevent Cu from transferring to above-ground new shoots. The order of Cu accumulation in teal plant was fine root〉coarse root〉stem〉new shoot (1-bud and 2-leaf)〉leaf. The positive correlation between the Cu accumulation in different pot tea plant organ and additive Cu concentration were significant at 0. 01 level, but the positive correlation existed in root and leaf of tea plant with hydroponics.
