幽门螺杆菌CagA抗体与消化系统疾病的关系研究

Study on the correlation between Anti CagA antibodies of H.pylori and digestive system disease

目的探讨贵阳地区CagA阳性幽门螺杆菌感染状况及其与消化系统疾病的关系。方法收集2007年10月至2008年4月266例于贵阳医学院附院消化科住院和消化科门诊Hp菌株感染患者,其中男144例,女122例,平均年龄(49.95±17.35)岁,用酶联免疫法检测其CagA抗体。结果266例Hp阳性患者中CagA抗体阳性189例,阳性率为71.05%。最小患者年龄8岁,最大87岁,CagA抗体阳性患者好发于30～69岁。男性患者CagA抗体阳性率为69.44%,女性患者阳性率为72.95%,男女阳性率无明显差异(P>0.05)。在慢性胃炎(CG)、胃十二指肠溃疡(PU)、胃癌(GC)、食管炎(RE)患者中,CagA抗体的阳性率分别为67.544%、73.17%、90.00%、53.33%,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论本地区上述消化系统疾病发生的患者与CagA阳性Hp菌株感染密切相关,感染的Hp绝大多数为CagA阳性菌株。

Objective To study the relationship between the infection of CagA＋ Helicobacter Pylori and the gastroduodenal diseases by the detection of serum CagA antibody in Guiyang city, Methods 266 cases were collected with digest department of clinic Helicobacter Pylori infect patient from October. 2007 to April, 2008 in the affiliated hospital of Guiyang Medical College. Among them, there were 144 male and 122 female, and the average age was 49.95 ＋17.35years old. CagA in serum were measured by immunoblotting. Results The 189 cases was positive and the determinative rate of CagA in serum was 71.05%. The positive rates for the male and female were 69. 44% and 73. 17% respectively, but there were no statistics significant differences between male and female （P〉0. 05）. The youngest patient is the 8 years old and the eldest is 87 years old. The patients with the positive rate of CagA antibody were mainly distributed in the average age 3（〉60 years old. The patients with chronic gastritis （CG）, pepticulcer （PU）, gastritis cancer （GC）, reflux disease（RE）, the positive rates of CagA were 67. 54%、73. 17%、90. 00% and 53. 33% respectively. There were statistics significant differenees between every group （P%0. 05）. Conclusion The patients who infected above digestive system disease in these area are related with Helicobacter Pylori and the most have Anti-CagA Antibody.
