贞红生发酊对豚鼠皮肤刺激及过敏试验观察

目的:观察贞红生发酊外用对豚鼠皮肤所产生的刺激反应及过敏反应。方法:将受试豚鼠分为试验组和对照组,分别外用贞红生发酊及对照药物,在规定时间内观察豚鼠皮肤的刺激性、过敏性反应。结果:生发酊外用对豚鼠皮肤无刺激性及过敏性反应。结论:贞红生发酊安全可靠,无不良反应,可进一步用于对豚鼠毛囊体外培养的试验观察。
